You know, I intended to build a nice house using no CC. But I couldn't. And it was all Maxis' fault. I really, really wanted to use the EKTORP sofas from Ikea, but the loveseat & armchair didn't come in the same colours as the 3 seat sofa did. Which is ridiculous because if you look in the catalogue from Ikea, you can clearly see that they do indeed come in all the same colours as the 3 seat sofa. lol So therefore, there is one single solitary piece of custom content needed for this lot, which is the Maxis-match EKTORP seating recolours .

Anyway...

Downstairs we have the master bedroom (with walk-in robe and ensuite), kitchen, dining, living, billiard room, a bathroom, and a garage.

Upstairs we have 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family/games room.

Outside there is a nice under cover bbq area, a pool, and a swing set.

In the gallery picture I temporarily removed the tree so you could see more of the house.
