Hi everyone!

Long time I don't upload anything here, but now I have some free time and decide to creae a smaller house.

This house is perfect for a modern family, the house contains a garage, andT many empty rooms, so you could use them what you like.

The lot is unfurnished, I don't put any furniture so you only have the walls and the roof.

I don't use any custom content for this creation.

This is in a medium sized lot 3x3, so its easy to put anywhere in the neighbourhood.
