Hi everbody!
Here's a nice little Italian dinner for your simmies. I researched this one as well. It's pronounced "brus'ket'ta" in English, "bɾu'sketta" in Italian. These are commonly made with toased bread but in this case the eggplant takes the place of the bread. It is basically a half-cut eggplant topped with two cheeses, Mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano (parmesan for English speakers), tomatoes, parsley, red peppers, basil, and other ingredients.
