I recently added a medieval neighboorhood and got really irritated that my very...fruitful...peasant sims' toddlers had no appropriate items to use that fit in with my decor. Necessity is the mother of recoloring, I suppose.

This is a recolor of the basic Maxis toddler items, and is a complete toddler set, with a crib, changing table, high chair, potty, block game, xylophone and wabbit head:
crib - The Kinder Kontainer
changing table - Sanitation Station Baby Changing Table
high chair - The Kinder Koddler
potty - Tinkle Trainer 6000 Potty Chair
wabbit - Rip Co. Wobbly Wabbit Head
xylophone -Rip Co. Xylophone
block toy - Magical Mystery's "Shape Rattle and Roll"
You can find all of these in Miscellaneous --> Children.
The crib, changing table and high chair have plain cream linen fabric in all.
The crib actually has two options, one with a wood front rail and one with a white front rail. The white rail was a newbie mess-up, but I liked it so I kept it, too.
The toys are all in various shades of wood, except for the wabbit head, which is burlap. The only strange thing I noted while testing was that when the toddler is playing with the block game, the blocks in his/her hand are still the original color...blue, green, etc. I don't know how to fix that, but will be grateful for any tutelage.

These don't have any custom content and should be compatible with all versions of the game. They all worked okay with my system but if you get something flaky, let me know and I'll fix it.
Enjoy!
