This my first upload ever, so please be gentle if something is awry.

I tried to stick with Maxis items only to keep things simple, but I did use one bit of custom content, so see below for details.

The home comes sparsely furnished, so you can do with it what you will. The furniture and sims in the screenshots are not included with the lot.

It is very spacious two story home with a garage. The living room is like a stage with railing and the second story's hallway is like a loft. It comes with two fireplaces, one in the dining room and one in the living room. I also made and office/study that can easily be made into another bedroom for your Sims with large families.

The backyard includes a patio and pool, with a pond in the backyard. There is some extra space for you to build your own green house or back yard paradise.

I've played it with some of my own sims and I don't think there is anything wrong with it. If there is, I apologize. Let me know. I really did look for that kind of thing.
