Theres no need for time to move around huge house, this is small comfortable house, equipped with all that your sim needs - modern and functional kitchen unit, contemporary bedroom with double-level ceilings, pool and outside lounge area etc. This house comes with my recolour of Maxis lounge chair, it's included in download file so you should move it into - My Documents/EA games/The sims2/Downloads folder.
