This model was recently purchased by Jan Tellerman after a short dalliance with GoopyGilsCarbo. She moved in with him and moved out the same day, not at all upset because she considers him to be her conquest instead of the other way around. Jan wanted the first floor of her new home to be decorated so that it looks good with her favorite pink top. The upstairs she wanted to be in blues like the sky which is also up.

The roomy, modern house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large eat-in kitchen, base game garage (which should just need a door and driveways to work) and extra large living room with fireplace. The back yard has room for a small pool or jacuzzi.

Neighbors greeting Jan when she moved in are Kennedy Cox, Bill Tellerman, and Sandy Bruty. Although Kennedy annoyed Sandy and insulted Bill, he did hit it off with Jan and they now have crushes on each other. Jan will have plenty of time to cultivate his love since she turned out to be a professional party guest (inspite of an apalling lack of skills) and she only works 3 days a week.
