The William Residence was constructed in 1855, by William Charles I. Since then it has undergone major upgrades, and shows how the Charles family has built their family Home bigger than their arch-rivals, the Devins. You can download the Devin Residence here if you wish to do so, although the current heir to the William Residence assured me that his mansion was a totally new(and way better) design.
This also features a garage attached to a foundation!!! XD
Ok, basiclly, If you skipped the above, this mansion is a TOTALLY NEW DESIGN and is NOT a altered version of the Devin Residence The William residence comes with NO CC, although if you want the invisble driveway pictured you'll have to get it here
