This was an interesting first step in a neighborhood I've been designing. The idea was to create a civic focal point for the surrounding commercial development. I particularly enjoyed figuring out how to arrange the trees and foliage- great fun!
The site includes a park with a pond, swings and a formal garden. The museum proper has a first floor rotunda featuring classical figurative sculpture. The second floor houses the art museum and the top tower floor offers access to public telescopes. Other amenities include restrooms, a tv space and a cafe.
No custom content is used and only the Nightlife EP and Celebration SP is required.
Next up: The Westside Project, the first commercial district.
