I need a park with a pond for a small rural hood I am building - so while I did not build it with the intention of sharing, it turned out quite well.

The park offers a BBQ area, toilets, some toys for the kids when it rains and 2 chess tables.

It plays well (this is a clean copy and was not tested by any Sim) and perhaps some of you can use it.
