This the first of two main commercial districts that form the urban core of the neighborhood I'm working on. The district is comprised of six buildings containing a small theater, a cafe, bar, book store, clothing shop and grocery. Of the other features I'll only say that I tried to make them amusing surprises.

No custom content, requires Nightlife EP and Celebration SP.
