The next district in my urban series includes a movie theater, a greasy-spoon restaurant, a lounge bar with pool and hot tubs, and finally a little hotel, perfect for simish indiscretions.

You will also need Pacotacoplayer's magnificent Grand Piano and Senesi2003's dandy Theater Screen to complete the decor.
