Today I have basically the same house in two flavours. I enjoyed making No.1 so much I thought I'd do a starter version of it, so here it is.
No.1 is fully furnished and ideal for a professional couple with one or two children.
No.3 is pretty much fixtures only and is a very nice starter home for those aspirational newly-weds.
Both versions have the same layout:
