Update, 2008-11-04: Fixed and reuploaded the unfurnished version -- the stairs on the ground floor were missing, I had removed them for whatever reason. The unfurnished version now has a kitchen sink, as well.


No EPs required.

Mini starter, furnished for 1-2 sims, with fenced-in garden and room for a driveway in front. There is one small spare room that can be used as a nursery (for that I'd suggest you move the door so that it has direct access to the kitchen), or as an extra bedroom or study.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room

All basics included, plus a stove and a chess board. Playtested in the Base Game.

There is a fixtures-only version too, it has all basic fixtures and most of the lights , I only forgot the kitchen sink (fixed).
