Stylish Simple Split-Level

I decided to have a change from my usual (have basicaly all expansion packs to play it) lots, To a nice base game lot, Which is Stylish, Simple, and Split-Level as the title suggests.
Although its not a starter, It would be ideal for one of SimCity's many bachelors and bachelorettes.

Here are some nice photos of the inside:

The Entrance has wood floor, And cream paint to give a nice clean, Yet modern effect. It also incudes some mosaic carpet and a 3 Tiled couch.


The kitchen is open plan, With the same modern decor in the foyer, Although the counter area contains some tiles. Lower on the other areas is a modern brick wall a different mosaic carpet next to a white three seater couch. There are two barstools and a dining table, Complete with two chairs.


The bedroom connects to the kitchen, With no doors creating a modern "Attic" effect (Best not to Wohoo at a party untill the guests have gone) There is also a computer, And a phone, On a desk of course.


The bathroom is simple and effective.
