I absolutely adore this house's layout, and I had a blast recreating it for Sims. I left plenty of room in the yard for whatever you can imagine putting in it, whether it be a pool, garden, pond, etc. This house was also based on an Amazing Plans floor plan. Enjoy!


Update 03-13-09: I re-uploaded all the files today since the crash, so they should be working now!

Important: You need to install Numenor's Scriptorium to get Jonesi's modular stairs to work. You will need the mesh to Jonesi's stairs, which you can get HERE. You will also need to install phoenix_phaerie's mesh's for her Georgian Manor Set and Add On's, which you can get HERE and HERE. Credit to them all, for without them, this house wouldn't be the same! ;D


Also special thanks to SimSherry2 at thesims2.com for her wonderful tutorial on how to attach walls to foundations, which helped me make the garage for this house! You can find the tutorial HERE.


In the screen shots, I included a recolor of the chimney done by Kimsie, but it's not included in the download, so if you want a white chimney to match the rest of the house, you can get it HERE!
