I currently use this build in my Pleasantview LP although it has been slightly tweaked for upload here on MTS. This version comes minimally furnished and is ready for you to move your sims in.
This is a clean build / lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Note: In the original build I used the Sims 3 Conversion - Freedom Fence by SmugTomato however due to the creators policy I could not include with this version so please download for yourselves if you would like to fence in the yard.
Special thanks to Honeywell for creating the custom content I used in this build.
