This house is inspired by the house that Toby buys Andy on The West Wing. I thought it was a gorgeous home, and I wanted my Sims to be able to live in it. I've left it mostly unfurnished so you can decorate it as you like.



My favorite feature is the large sunroom that leads into the backyard. All of the windows ensure that it gets a lot of light year-round.



This house uses phoenix_phaerie's awesome Manor House build set, which uses the repository technique. The windows are slaved to the single shuttered window, which is included in the download. The doors are NOT included in the lot and will have to be downloaded separately. Since the set uses the repository technique, in addition to the doors listed below, you will need to download the entry door in order for the doors to show up properly.

1st floor: living room, kitchen, sunroom, attached garage
2nd floor: master bedroom and attached bathroom, three bedrooms, one bathroom
