If and only if there was to be an outbreak of a war involving ice-cream, llamas, pillows, oh and maybe the weapons of mass destruction, such that the entire inner core and outskirts of Sim City was to become em blazed in flames, radioactive activities, and fallout, you would be proud of yourself when you and your family is found safe and sound in this under ground estate.

The Estate is built on one level under the maturing formations of the windy forest. Adapting to the homes natural onset is made easy. Upon entering the domain you would find yourself in the living area. The masters bedroom can be found just off the living area, across from (1 bathroom). The dinning and kitchen will be next up, the hall connecting (2 bathroom) and 3 bedrooms will follow thereafter. The underground estate is also outfitted with Alaskan happy lights/windows, for the sake of your own sanity when being down under for quite a while.

Oh yeah and if you don't own a car it is has been recommended by previous residents (who has now moved on to a much larger underground bunker) that the kids and or working adults be exiting down the fallout corridor at least 5 seconds before your ride arrives, so leave early, "their words not mine."

I believe the space outside (right of the lot) may be a spot for a car lot or garage.

Living in this underground bunker could have never been so luxurious, don't be caught dead without one.
