343 Vadican Ave. is a home designed for a more down to earth family style. The Dinning room is separate from the breakfast nook; the living area is combined with the kitchen and breakfast nook.

The masters bedroom is downstairs, and there is a den on the main floor as well. Now when you go upstairs the house sort of becomes into a suite like apartment building.

You don’t want one of your children’s to be placed into the wrong suite. One of the suites is made especially for someone who absolutely knows how to cook. There is a stove in that one.
The rest of the suites also include a kitchen and a small nook for those hard to get going mornings when you have to eat breakfast right after you take a shower. Now some of these suites can get very sophisticated so don’t allow these features to tear the family apart, there can still be dinner in the main dining room or whatever, and TV in the family room etc.

Each suite that has a kitchen also has a fire alarm. The masters is downstairs near the kitchen so therefore no kitchen is needed in this suite. Enjoy.

For garage space just simply removed the little garden that is in front of the gates containing the pool.
