As we traveled west from Plymouth Minnesota to Pasadena, California heading down the US I-80 West corridor, we decided to stop in Battle Mountain, Nevada for a brief break before continuing, it was around 9PM PST/MST when we were pulling out of the Hide-A-Way Steakhouse keeping South on Broad Street when out of the deep dark blue night there it was the infamous Tumbleweed House now starting to flock the nations belt encouraged by the downfall in the economy. We just had to stop the RV to take a couple of pics, and for the courtesy of the display thumbnail we had acquired a daytime shot of the lot from the previous owner.

The tiny home appears to be situated in a area flourished with natural green life, nothing planted at least that's as far as I could tell due to it being dark out. Stopping through the front door one is confronted with the smell of fresh pine.

The design scheme of a Tumbleweed house is quite simple really, for the idea clearly is to rid the full scale home of extra clutter and only use the space needed. With that being said the kitchen is integrated into the main living area. In the rear one is to find a bedroom with a PC a book case made of pine all preceding the bathroom functionally located at the far end of the home.

Even though such house of the teeny sizes of all of the Tumbleweed homes may not be fit for a couple, it is fit for at the least 2 persons comfortably with one sleeping on the sofa, or if one is not afraid of nature there's lots of space found outdoors. Well this diary of the Tumbleweed house being spotted several miles back is being uploaded via broadband for we are married to the road as we progress west to Pasadena, California in time for the relay being held Sunday, see ya again soon.
