This cottage is perfect for your tree-hugger sims It is furnished inside with the necessities, along with a fire alarm, burglar alarm, and a phone. The burglar alarm is conveniently located behind the bookcase, so that it does not have any effect on the overall style of the house. The floors are all made with environmentally friendly wood floors, and the walls are all painted in earth tones. The outside of the house is where the real magic happens. There is a grill in the side yard, along with 2 flowerbeds, many trees, and a small pond. The exterior of the house is covered in completely biodegradable wood shingles. There is enough room in this house for up to 2 sims, but the large yard provides plenty of room to expand.
