This is quite a small house but it has everything your sim needs =)
One double bedroom with patio doors onto a veranda at the back.
1 Large bathroom. A spacious living area with a kitchen and dining area in a sunroom full of windows. Phone, burglar alarm, smoke alarm and some decorative things included. No custom content at all.
