This house is the second home from my neighborhood Summerville. Beach Rd 9.

I was very inspired by summer when i build all the homes in Summerville. It all started with Summer cottage and Lighthouse and my Spring Cottage.

This home is a traditional country cottage fully furnished in old-fashioned rustic styl with fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining, living room.
It is decorated in shades of blue and white inside and out.

The lot does not have a garage, but it includes a car.



The kitchen is furnished kinda farm like, and also in blue.



If you don't have all the SP you can download this lot with Clean Insataller. You will then miss a few walls, floor, fencing and landscaping.
