One more residential home from Summerville neighborhood.

It is decorated in shades of white and stone.
Some of you might recognise the floorplan. It is the same as my Log Cabin.
It's a very comfortable countryside fully furnished house with three bedrooms, a open plan kitchen, livingroom and two bathrooms.
If you don't have all the SP you can still download this lot with Clean Insataller. You will then miss a few walls, floor, fencing and landscaping.
