Sim City Societies Bookstore

This is another lot designed after a Sim City Societies business. In this case it is a bookstore. The bookstore itself will not function as a regular business,it will turn into a library. It is designed to be played as a business.

3rd Floor Plan - Due to the construction of the roof, this is a blanked area. Since it uses the architectural features from the Second Empire (Mansion & Garden).

Special Notes

Don't like the billboard? Feel free to change it with these simple guidelines:

1. Build a diagonal wall underneath the current billboard wall. Make sure it looks the same.
2. Fill in the empty tiles with any flooring you want. It will be deleted when you are done. Doing this will ensure that you can place the picture.
3. Using the cheat console (Ctrl + Alt + C), activate the following codes: moveobjects on, boolprop snapobjectstogrid false, and boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true.
4. Remove the current picture and replace with the picture you want.
5. Repeat previous step on other side of the billboard.
6. Turn off all cheats by using the following codes: moveobjects off, boolprop snapobjectstogrid false, boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation false.
7. Remove the wall and floor that you added.
