The initial reason I started building this lot was because I wanted a bookstore with a storefront filled with a ton of bookcases.


The store is divided into a sales area on the ground level and an area to hang out on the upper floor.


There is also a balcony so customers can relax and enjoy the sun.


Sadly, Sims cannot use this gallery as it is to narrow to walk along. But I liked how it looked so I just kept it anyway.


Additionally the lot has an area in the back for the shop owner and employees to relax in between shifts.


I got the idea to fill up the "Castanoga" Counters with clutter from Blue Duet --no cc-- by Jymn. It's an amazing build worth checking out!
