Victorian Elegance by Kerri- A Gardener Sims Dream Come True !- NO CC

Hi Everyone !

Cape May New Jersey is a hidden jewel in America. It is full of old Victorian Mansions with gorgeous color combinations and breathtaking gardens. When you are on the grounds of one of these mansions you cannot help but smile.

This is my version of one of those Victorian Mansion's I so love. I have included no custom content in my creation as it is simpler for upload purposes.

This house is furnished for the most part but I wanted to leave some of the rooms unfurnished for the downloader to design.

I have included a fenced garden plot, a fruit orchard, and an attached greenhouse with garden soil. I have made the greenhouse a three level greenhouse so that the above rooms can be enjoyed as sunrooms.

I have also included a pool room enclosed by a greenhouse so that your sims may enjoy their pool year-round.

The house also has an attached 2 tier porch complete with a telescope, table and chairs and hot tub.

I hope you all enjoy this house as much as I had fun building it.

If anyone has any ideas for neat lots that you would like to see duplicated, please feel free to PM me as I am willing to try anything once. (well, almost anything) LOL
