This lot was first built by a well respected creator larsson1970 as 18 American Beach

My version was built on a beach lot and I tried to maintain the detailed accuracy of larsson1970, it still has the overall feel and layout of the original but I made slight changes to the plan to accomodate fitting requirements.


Coral Reef Lots are built in BlueSoups Twikkii Island- Expanded which is an expanded version of sophisims Twikkii Island Edited. Due to the nature of Beach lots I would recommend using BlueSoups- http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=325601

!!! In order to make the stairs work in your game, you need to put the files 2008_CrocobauraChicModularStairs.txt; 2009_CrocobauraWoodenModularStairs.txt; 2010_CrocobauraSteadfastModularStairs.txt in your Scriptorium_ModularStairs folder if you're using the Scriptorium, or you need to copy the text inside each at the bottom of the modularstairs.txt file from this path:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
