This is my first TS3 creation - a modern house with simple design, fully furnished.

Ground floor: kitchen combined with dining room, livingroom with fireplace, TV room, toilet, and a small interior Zen garden.

2nd floor: another livingroom, master bedroom, main bathroom, recreation room with its own small bathroom, and another bedroom for guests also with its own bathroom.
