Summer Wind Living Room
This little home marks my first Sims 3 upload! It has been thoroughly tested (I keep reusing it for my Sim families!) and works great for small families.
It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, roomy kitchen and living space, as well as an "unfinished" basement that works wonders as a nursery. The Summer Wind can come furnished, or unfurnished, as you like it!
