Hello and welcome!

It all started when I decided to settle my dynasty family in Appaloosa Plains, and it just so happened that the lot right next to where I was placing their house was empty. Just a HUGE empty lot.

At some point, I got so tired of it that I decided to build something there that would be nothing more than a background decoration.

So that's basically what this house is!

I tried to think of its backstory when I built it, and even created a family later on to move it into this house and therefore, the bedrooms may have a bit more personality than the rest of the house (you can see, for example, that one of them was made for a teenager), but it is what it is - just an old farmhouse.

And what do we have? Two small fields of sunflowers in the front yard, a barn (I tried to make it look like one of those iconic red barns, but I couldn't remember what exact shape they have and Google wasn't an option because I'm lazy lol), a pond, and a lounge area. Plus lots and lots of hay.

Inside there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small closet that has been turned into a workshop, and the usual things like kitchen, living room and dining area.

80.455 unfurnished.

No cc used/included, the cars on the screenshots were places just for the aesthetics.
