Hi every one, this is my first post here.

This house is built on a lake, with a small path connecting to the driveway so that your sims don't need to swim through the lake to get to the house. All walls are built with windows (except for the walls in the bathroom), so place this house somewhere nice with beautiful surroundings. Completely furnished in matching woods and metals.

What's in the house?
2 Bedrooms
1 Bathrooms
1 small balcony (sims cannot go fishing on balcony, sorry)
No garage
No fireplace
No waterlilies on ponds (there are some in pictures below, but I compressed the house before adding those waterlilies)

Suitable for small family of 1 to 4 members.
