Hello all!

I have been building homes for the sims for years, but I never really shared anything.

So, this is it, my first upload

It costs $173,260 and you need a 40x30 lot to place it in your neighborhood. I suggest the 180 Redwood Pkwy if you don't already have something else there, because I've built it based on the view from this particular spot of Sunset Valley.



The lot has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one WC, a swimming pool, barbeque, and parking space, of course.

It is fully furnished and decorated, apart from one room that could be an additional bedroom or study or whatever you'd like it to be! I've also paid particular attention to the exterior design:
