A townhouse kind of house on a 15 x 20 lot, furnished for 4+1 sims, with a bit of extra space in the attic and basement.



Note that the front views are taken in early morning light, daytime colours are more like the “back” screenshots. Also I rotated that house to take the backside screens (instead of waiting until the sun comes around to the other side), hopefully that’s not too disorienting.


Required custom content: Cornice 2 by Awesims (both 2 and 3 attached below) – was apparently offline recently, but since the site itself isn’t offline, please go there and ask if you can’t find it. I don’t want to redistribute content from people who are still around. Attached now since they appear to be retiring, see comments.
