This lot is designed for a family of 4, but a single sim can afford it. It is lightly furnished with just the basics, but has a cozy feel with lots of wood paneling and stone. This was designed for the corner lot in Sunset Valley at 72 Water Lily Lane, but works well in several corner locations, even near the beach. Enjoy!
