This mod will keep your sim fit for a longer amount of time,based on game play levels.
In 5 flavors:
25 Days Short
50 Days Medium
90 Days Normal
190 Days Long
960 Days Epic

The Defaults were
40% fatter from eating,default 2.4 hours!
10 days to go from thin to fat
10 days to go from muscular to non-muscular

Note:
Sims already fat will not be affected unless they work out.
