Yes, it is purple. The local historical society insisted on keeping a historic exterior, so now the neighbors are stuck looking at that purple.
Business stuff: This house is designed for upscale Sims who do not want a huge lot, but still want a luxurious feel. Trees are limited to keep the poly count down. It is set up for families with kids, pets and a need for a hidey-hole room to keep their coffin or cauldron or cow plant or whatever. It has three custom wallpapers made by my daughter, PeachyFiend, but other than that is Maxis content only. I have all the stuff and expansion packs, so you will need all the EPs (M&G counts as an EP, U does not) and may not get all the objects if you don't own all the stuff packs (use Clean Installer to install in that case). A clone has been playtested. You can get a wishing well if you fertilize, plant and call the garden club when you move in.

The house has a pool, gardens, playground, driveway with car, 4 bedrooms (one is decorated as a music room), 2 full bathrooms, and plays smoothly.
