This is a basegame-only version of "Feels Big," a starter house that plays large. It works very well for a large family. It has four bedrooms--three of them large, 2-1/2 baths, a livingroom, a country kitchen and lots of balcony space. It has basic furnishings for 1 or 2 sims to get them started. If you object to washing dishes in the bathroom sink, sell the table and chairs and eat at the couch. There is no landscaping as the house takes up most of the cash. With the house at the back of the lot, there is yard space for interesting outdoor activities.

Usually, I put the front door on the slanted wall to give more wall space in the livingroom. However, basegame sims did not find there way around the house so well as sims in later versions of the game. So I moved the door to the flat wall in case early versions of the sims had trouble negotiating the diagonal wall.
