No Autonomous Computer Games

It seems that if a computer is present in a sim's house, they will ignore everything else and flock to that screen to play video games - those days are over.

While playing I noticed that, even if sim's needs were low (namely about 20% hunger) they would completely ignore their starvation and instead glue themselves to the computer to play games. This mod will prevent sims from autonomously playing computer games, and is fully compatible with core mods such as the AwesomeMod and any other XML mods that don't modify the Play Games XML for both the computer and cheap computer.

(Note: I can't seem to find tuning for the laptop. I've tried this and it seems to work okay, but I can't vouch for that. If it still seems to be an issue and you can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.)
