Hello All,

Thanks for looking! This would be my very first contribution to the Sims community. Seeing and enjoying the talent on this site over the years has been amazing. I only wish I had more time to play, and contribute more often.




My first submission is this Natural Modern home. This house is best suited for a Single Sim, or a couple with no (live-in) kids. The shell of the house allows for interior customization to fit individual needs. The house is just minimally furnished to show use of space. I built it with the intention that the outside is visible from everywhere, and there are porches and balconies galore. There isn't adequate lighting. A full furnishing with my schedule would have easily taken me another 3 weeks to get this house posted, sorry for that. The house is functional, as it was tested with a single Sim for 48 hours.

The house features Constrain Floor Elevation cheat roofs, which of course now includes a floating phantom roof when viewed from certain angles.

I hope you all enjoy, and I would love to see screenshots of any customizations if you care to share them with me. I only ask that this lot not be resubmitted on any other websites, and this goes for any altered examples as well.
