Hi! This is a community lot for your sims who like colours, fun and spend time with friends out of the home In the lot I included all possible pleasures for kids.
There are three buildings - near the big entrance is a computer room, near the pool is situated a small cute toiletroom, the big building contains toilet, library, gameroom with fridge(full with cheaps) and coffee machine, and a place for the smallest kids. The hall lot is biult like huge maze with small labyrints which lead to sweet corners - a pond with bridge, a small garden for rest, a place for chess game or painting, also a gazebo with bar and music(there your sims could be plan party for birday or other occasions), a playground with slide, a little upland for star gazing, a barbeque and firecamp.
