Hi! This building is created for your sims people, who likes pleasure and comfortable life.It's not a very big home, but has enough space for two.
Maybe it's a house of a sim musician, who spend her/his time to enjoy the parties. In the solitary back yard there is a big pool and place for rest with a friend or lover
. The building is on two floors and has a garage with lovely red colour. I very like a mini room on the first floor which is a library. There are two livingroom - in the first you could be watching TV, enjoy the beatiful nook with fireplace or reading books on comfortable coutch, in the second on the upper floor your sims will delight in music corner with guitar and audio system.
