ATTN: It has been brought to my attention that there is a similar mod for Sims 2! It's actually much better since there was more to do with the editor. Honestly, download that mod if you want a Sims 2 version. I didn't steal the idea, I just had a similar one. Definitely check out A Different Kind of Home. And if there are any complaints by that author, I'll gladly take mine down.
This is my first upload. I'm proud to bring you... 1974 Rubik's Drive!
The main part of this house is the giant Rubik's Cube. It is a full furnished house in the style of America's favorite puzzle. It sits on a 40x40 lot and costs 171,279 if you're looking for "move and play" type house or only 96,564 if you want to decorate it yourself.
The house is functional and should provide your Sims with all the conveniences they need. Each of the 3 floors (plus an unused balcony) has a specific use.
The first floor has a living room, bathroom, and a personal study (which I stoked with every book available). There is also a single car garage.
The second floor is solely a kitchen, dinning, party room. Decoured in lovely dark wood, this room is perfect for holding swanky parties and other large social events. There is a state of the art kitchen, a bar area, and a dinning area that fits plenty.
The 3rd floor contains 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One kids room, one toddler room, and a large master bedroom. Each is uniquely furnished and themed.
There are many other features to this piece of property that includes: a hedge maze with a mysterious grave stone that leads to a refreshing pool that has a private island bar. At the far end of the pool is a secret garden.
Out back of the house there are two large rooks standing ready on part of a chess board. Each rook has a purpose for learning. Perfect for your eccentric "good" and "evil" Sims.
