Sea Breeze House is my fourth house I have uploaded on Mod the Sims. This house looks like a bungalow from the outside but it actually has three levels. Doing a split level house was not an easy task and I’m very grateful for the undo button! As with all my other houses it comes fully furnished with all the best furniture and paintings. It has three bedrooms on the ground level all en suite, one of the bedrooms I have made into a nursery. The next level down (split level) is an office with three computer desks, three laptops and a large bookcase. The basement has a living area with TV, the fooseball table, a Jim and another bathroom. The garden has a lovely pool area with nice plants. To the side of the house is a small planted garden (all perfect plants) to enable your sims to have nice food and an income.
