Lilly Cottage

Lilly Cottage is built on a 40 x 40 lot and it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. At the front of the house are two ponds with a bridge over them leading to the cottage. There is also two cars at the front of the lot. The gardens are very pretty with plenty of flowers and most of the harvestable plants (I forgot the death flower bush). At the back of the gardens is a pool area for your Sims to relax in. I have used some of the funiture from the EA store and they are

I also used Lemoncandys plants that I downloaded on mods the Sims so my thanks to her for the beautiful plants along the bridge.

Downstairs

The cottage has an Entrance hall with two computer desks.

A well equipped kitchen with the best oven and fridge.

The dining room comes with a large dining table, the best dining chairs and a bookcase.

The living room comes with the inferno’s fireplace (from EA store) and it’s decorated and furnished in cream. This room also has another computer desk, two leather settees and the most expensive TV.

Upstairs

The master bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom and has a cot and some toys ready for your baby Sims.

The girl’s twin room is decorated with a pink butterfly theme and has a desk for homework.

The boy’s bedroom is a twin bedroom decorated in blue checker pattern and also has a desk for homework.

The bathroom is situated between both the twin bedrooms and is shared.
