For this project, I decided to do what I never do and make a very large house with a mint green and white theme. It features:

6 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 3 guest bedrooms)
1 Nursery (located in the guest area)
5 bathrooms (1 master, 2 guest)
2 large kitchens and dining areas
a play area with swings and a slide for children
a large backyard




When your sim enters the house, to the left is the guest area and to the right is an area designed for a wealthy family to live and work. Located in the backyard is a small pool house which can be easily redecorated for servants to live in or for a storage area.

This house took me a little too much time but I think it turned out better than my last two. Enjoy. ^.^ Lots of thank you's to anyone who downloads this house.
