Secure gates and a driveway hidden from the street will ensure privacy for the tall poppies amongst us, It's 5 bedrooms creates plenty of sleeping room for your family or extended one, and nary a complaining bladder with the many bathrooms. This house's large parking area will fit 4 cars and leads on to a small foyer, which has access to the furnished basement and the rest of the house upstairs. One of the many standouts is the luxurious art deco bar in the upstairs right wing, situated just outside the band room, entertaining will by a pleasure you will want to induldge in frequently. The large spacious kitchen with modern equipment will mean your family will always be will fed, and they can work off the calories in the downstairs gym, whcih comes with it's own shower.






A Lot of these Mods are not compatable with the pets patch, I Made this before it was patched so a lot of them will not work properly and have botched animations

I still recommend getting these mods and replacing the interactive items with base game ones, and leaving the usable ones for aesthetics, as there are a lot of things in these mods that still work fine, the showers, fridges, sinks and dishwashers for instance are botched, while stairs and counters seem to work fine. And with the coffee table sometimes items sitting on it will appear as a flat 2d object.
