Created for those sims that lust for a awesome panorama view. Black N White is a modern/contempo home with a warm interior, suitable for well off families of 1-4 sims. Black N White was constructed to represent the four corners (directions) of the world, the monument in the back of the property serves as a reminder thats there is no other way but forward. It's simple yet not overdone landscaping and unique style will appeal to all sims, even those perfectionists! Fully furnished, with much room for personal customization.

Black and White was originally supposed to be a castle... and is by-far the best home I have yet to create (in my opinion :D). I am glad to share it with you. It is my second home created with The Sims 3, the first has yet to be uploaded to MTS.

The home is best placed near the coast or on hills, in Sunset Valley its best placed near the Crumplebottom house. .



My Comments:

If you like the roof, and do not intended on changing it, please do not turn on Automatic roofs, as this will destroy the roof for some reason in my game if this is turned on, the roof is replaced with tiles every-time the level is changed. However this may be a problem with the 3.0 update as it only happened after it was installed .


I intended to make the landscaping very simple, as I thought the home would look horrid if there was too many flowers, trees, rocks on the property. In my opinion, contempo homes look nice if they are simple. This may not be your opinion therefore I made sure to make a yard that is easily customizable :D.
