Come enjoy the seasons outside of you home.

The Building is a Bright Victorian or French styled house (at least I tried for those.) Surrounded by bright red roses. With a cafe inside and a Concert room, pool area and reading area upstairs. The park has many trees and in the middle is a fountain with blue flowers . Their is a fishing area as well.

Inside
1st Story
The first story of the building has a Small but quaint restaurant with a lounge area to sit around and watch the weather channel. It’s perfect if you want to make a restaurant the kitchen is done for you and everything else is also done for you.
2nd Story
The Second story houses the local Concert house, fit with strobe lots, stage & instruments. A pool table and a reading lounge / area.

Outside
The outside has many trees, red roses and in the middle their is a fountain with blue roses. Lots of room for snowy winter fun or summer fishing. Yes their is a huge lake with a fishing deck.


The Blue shields are Sprinkler Coverage areas, for those of you who do not know, they will not be visible during live game play. But will be visible during build or buy mode play.
